1.0 The Services
1.1. A description of the Services are available on our Website. We will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the description set out on the Website.
1.2. The video lessons included in Imitation Packs or Bundles are NOT downloadable. mmmEnglish will not be responsible your ability to access these video lessons via the internet.
1.3 We expect you to confirm that the Services you are purchasing will meet your needs. We do not make any guarantee to you that you will obtain a particular result, professional qualification or employment opportunity from your purchase and completion of any of the Services.
1.4 Imitation lessons are not sold individually. Purchases of either ‘Imitation Packs' or ‘Imitation Bundles' can be made. If an ‘Imitation Pack' has been purchased, it can not be refunded in exchange for an ‘Imitation Bundle'.
1.5. We reserve the right to vary or withdraw any of the Services described on the Website without notice.
2.0 Purchasing Services via the Website
2.1. In order to purchase any of the online courses or services offered by mmmEnglish, you must register for an account with us via the mmmEnglish website. If you already have an account with us you can log into your account using your username and password.
2.2 All purchases of mmmEnglish Imitation Products are non-refundable.
3.0 Intellectual Property
3.1. The Course Materials and Online Courses are, and remain, the intellectual property of mmmEnglish.
3.2. You may not:-
(i) copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the Course Materials without prior written permission from mmmEnglish;
(ii) record on video or audio tape, relay by videophone or other means the Online Courses provided by mmmEnglish
(iii) use the Course Materials in the provision of any other course or training;
(iv) remove any copyright or other notice of mmmEnglish on the Course Materials;
(v) modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer any software forming part of the Online Courses.
Breach by you of this clause 3.2 shall allow us to immediately terminate these terms and conditions with you and cease to provide you with any Services, including but not limited to access to the Online Courses.
3.3. In consideration of the Fees paid by you, we grant to you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Course Materials and the software in respect of the Online Course for the sole purpose of completing the Online Course and / or attending the Taught Course.
4.0 Consent
By purchasing a product from the mmmEnglish website, you hereby consent to our Terms and Conditions.
